keep bonyo alive.
bonyo needs pull-ups to live. you log the pull-ups you actually do, and together the whole crew keeps him alive and thriving. one goal, one deadline, done as a team.
the challenge
one million pull-ups, logged by the crew, from 24 May 2026 to 20 July 2027 (Melbourne). that is the whole game: get the community counter to 1,000,000 before the clock runs out.
logging
log what you did.
type the reps you just did and hit log. that is the whole ritual. forgot a day? you can backfill it up to 7 days back. and one rep is one rep: weighted, assisted, negatives, any grip, all the same. the only limit is 200 in a single day.
your plan
make a deal with me.
on your plan you pick your training days and a daily target. that is the deal. the days you did not pick are rest days, no guilt. your plan is also what decides which missed days count as skipped, so set it honestly. your personal pull-up goal lives on the plan page too.
skipped days & posters
miss a day, square it up.
skip one of your planned days and nothing happens right away. you can quietly self-post it up to 3 days back, or leave it: after a grace window of about 4 to 6 days it goes up on the board on its own. a poster stays up for 72 hours, and it only ever asks for what you still owe, capped at 20 reps.
grabbing & claiming
cover a crewmate.
grab a poster to take on someone's reps. you get 3 grabs a day, or 5 with the letter of marque. once you grab, you have 24 hours to log the reps and claim it. let one expire and it stings your grab quota: strikes shrink it until they age out. claim it clean and nothing bites.
the leaderboard
see where you stand.
the leaderboard puts everyone in order by pull-ups logged, and you can narrow it to just your crew or just this week. tied totals share a rank. friendly pressure, nothing more.
the rank ladder
climb the ranks.
every bounty you claim raises your pirate rank, from deckhand all the way up to dread pirate. the full ladder, and how many claims each rung takes, lives on your rank page.
your crew
bring the crew.
every person who joins through your share link or QR code branches under you as your crew. the more of the crew pulling, the faster bonyo gets his million.
badges
collect the flags.
you earn badges as you go: rep milestones, goal milestones, training streaks, and crew milestones, all shown on your account. there are a few secret ones waiting to be discovered too. no spoilers.
for bonyo
bonyo needs a million pull-ups to survive. that is the story and the whole point: it is not really about the number, it is about a crew showing up for each other every day until the number is done. every rep you log keeps him going.
